Andrian E. Oche, the Managing Director of our company, brings a wealth of experience in the financial sector, specializing in financial consulting and intermediation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With over 20 years of professional banking experience, Andrian is well-versed in consumer banking, commercial and corporate banking, and has a deep understanding of the industry.
Prior to joining our company, Andrian held various key positions in renowned financial institutions. He served as the Group Head of Telecoms Infrastructure and Value-Added Services at Fidelity Bank PlC. Before that, he served as the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of E-Payment Solutions Ltd. In addition, Andrian held the position of Business/Relationship Manager at the Apapa Branch of Continental Trust Bank Limited, which was later acquired by United Bank for Africa (UBA). During his tenure at the branch, he spearheaded the establishment of the ASPAMDA branch as its first Business Manager. He also served as the pioneer Head of Credit and Marketing at the Apapa Branch of Oceanic International Bank Ltd. (now Eco Bank).
Before his venture into the financial sector, Andrian gained valuable experience working with business conglomerates involved in sales and logistics. His areas of expertise include re-engineering and start-up businesses, negotiation skills, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. He is known for his collaborative approach, acting as a team player, and serving as an encourager and motivator to those around him.

Director/COO
Stella N. Oche, our Director/COO, brings a wealth of experience in trading and logistics to our company. With a strong background in operational procedures and business management, Stella possesses a deep understanding of contract acquisition, transportation, and the delivery of goods along the supply chain. Her expertise extends to the export/import operations of international organizations.
Stella has achieved a Senior Management position with ITOCHU Nigeria, the liaison office of ITOCHU Corporation, Japan. With ITOCHU’s global presence of 92 offices across 65 countries, she has accumulated over 30 years of experience in globally integrated trading. Her extensive knowledge of the commodity market enables her to effectively navigate local and global trading affairs.
As a team player, Stella collaborates seamlessly with colleagues and demonstrates exceptional talent and experience in customer management. Her dedication to providing outstanding service has left an indelible mark on the hearts of the customers she has worked with throughout her career.
